Today, Monday, 14th October 2024, marks the beginning of our highly anticipated staff retreat themed “Reignite, Reflect, and Reconnect.” This retreat allows us to pause, recharge, and refocus on the values and vision that drive our organization forward.

At Polaris, we understand that our greatest strength is our people. After 20 years of dedication and excellence, this retreat will allow us to celebrate our collective achievements, reflect on the lessons learned, and reignite the passion that fuels our growth.

During this retreat, we will participate in workshops, team-building activities, and strategy sessions designed to deepen collaboration, boost innovation, and strengthen the bonds within our team. Our goal is to reconnect with each other and the mission that has guided us over the past two decades as we continue to push boundaries in delivering solutions for the oil and gas industry.
